Secretary: Kevin Wayne Johnson * secretary@nationalmen.org

Picture
With the fundamental belief that God uses ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things, Minister Kevin Wayne Johnson lives to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. His passion is reflected through his national best-selling books (Give God the Glory!) that have earned twelve literary awards from 2001 to 2008, as a radio and television host, and several leadership positions within the local church, the Christian publishing industry, and the National Association of the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana).

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Johnson was introduced to the Bible and the Christian doctrine as a child and active member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.  At the age of eight, his maternal grandmother (Granny), a devout Seventh Day Adventist, prophesied that he would preach the gospel in due season.  From these planted seeds, Johnson, alongside his wife, Gail, confessed Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior on May 2, 1993.  This spiritual transformation occurred slightly less than two months after their marriage on March 6, 1993.

An active member and ministry leader at Celebration Church, Columbia, Maryland, Minister Johnson serves as National Secretary for the National Association for the Church of God Mens Ministry/Conference (2009 to present).  He also serves the congregation of his local church as President of WIN (Bible) Institute, a teacher in the childrens church ministry, visitation/telephone director for Operation Winning Community (church expansion project), and as a small group leader (all from 2005 to present).

He currently resides in Clarksville, Maryland, with his wife and three sons, Kevin, Christopher, and Cameron.
